Assumptions and exclusions:

Depending on the complexity of the task, which we define beforehand, we propose a suitable package to the customer. If the number of hours used is less than the number of leased hours, the unused hours are transferred to the maintenance hours.

• The offer is purely informative and includes licenses and services according to the client's requirements known so far. For a more accurate assessment, as the first

•  step towards the implementation of the solution, we suggest that the client conduct an analysis, on the basis of which a final binding offer is made.

• In phase 1, we adhere to Odoo's recommendations and the introduction of standard recommended functionality. Functional deviations from the standard solution are possible during implementation. In such a case, a finishing specification and a separate offer will be prepared for deviations.

• Integration with other ERP systems or other solutions is not the subject of this offer and is billed according to the previous offer.

• Data migration or assistance with data transfer is limited to 1x test and 1x production. Data migration can also be carried out by the client himself during a prior migration workshop and preparation of appropriate proposals provided by the contractor.

• Assistance after the transition to production, outside the framework of this offer, is calculated according to the time actually spent. The contractor proposes that in the first month after the transition, as much assistance as possible from the contractor is included, which the client can order even after the transition to production. A maintenance contract is concluded on the day of transition to the production environment.

• The project was completed one month after the transition to the production environment.

• The preparation of process instructions is not part of the offer and is billed additionally according to the client's wishes and is billed according to the actual time spent.

Maintenance begins after the signed handover report, or at the latest one month after the transition to the production phase.

The purchase of Odoo licenses is subject to each Odoo general terms and conditions, which determine the business relationship between Odoo and the client. The general conditions are published on the odoo.com website.

Maintenance and support:

After the basic Odoo setup, we provide maintenance to our customers monthly flat rate: 250.00 euros/month

​ Availability: 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.

 Maintenance: 5 hours of remote assistance or assistance via phone or e-mail.
